10:00 a.m. – Club Friendly – Crystal Palace vs Schalke 04 – Selhurst Park, London
Crystal Palace will make their final preparations before the start of the season as they host German giants Schalke. The game will be on ESPN3 USA and WatchESPN.
10:45 a.m. – Club Friendly – RB Leipzig vs Stoke City – Red Bull Arena, Leipzig
ESPN’s coverage of Premier League friendlies continues as Leipzig will meet Stoke coming off of their Emirates Cup stint last weekend. The game will be on ESPN3 USA and WatchESPN.
11:00 a.m. – Ligue 1 – PSG vs Amiens – Parc des Princes, Paris
It’s still unclear if this will be Neymar’s first game, but I would bet he will feature at some point in PSG’s season opener. The game will be on fuboTV, beIN Sports USA, beIN Sports Connect USA, beIN Sports en Espanol and TV5 Monde USA.
12:00 p.m. – Dutch Super Cup – Feyenoord vs Vitesse – de Kuip, Rotterdam
The Dutch season kicks off with league-winners Feyenoord take on Vitesse, who are coming off a monumental Dutch Cup victory last season. This super cup will be on fuboTV and beIN Sports Connect USA.
12:30 p.m. – Club Friendly – Tottenham Hotspur vs Juventus – Wembley Stadium, London
Spurs will be making their final preparations as they fully move into their temporary home, Wembley Stadium. This one will be on national TV on ESPN. It will also be on ESPN Deportes USA, ESPN Deportes+ USA and WatchESPN.
2:30 p.m. – DFL-Supercup – Borussia Dortmund vs Bayern Munich – Signal Iduna Park, Dortmund
The German domestic season begins with their Super Cup and Dortmund will meet Bayern for the sixth time in this competition’s history. The winner will take the all-time lead for titles. Oh, and it’s also Der Klassiker. It will be on fuboTV, Fox Network, Fox Sports Go, Fox Deportes and Fox Soccer Match Pass.
3:45 p.m. – Portugal Super Taca – Benfica vs Vitoria Guimaraes – Estadio da Luz, Lisbon
Portugal also sees their “curtain-raiser” take place in Lisbon as league champions Benfica face off against Guimaraes. RTP Internacional is carrying the game.
The fresh start to the NASL Fall Season rolls on with Puerto Rico and Jacksonville sitting level on points after an opening draw. The game will be on fuboTV, beIN Sports Connect USA, beIN Sports en Espanol.
The NWSL sees this high-powered face-off between the 2nd place and 4th place team, respectively. The two teams are only separated by 3 points and with just the top 4 earning a playoff spot, every point is crucial. go90 and NWSLsoccer.com will be carrying the game.
10:30 p.m. – MLS – SJ Earthquakes vs Columbus Crew – Avaya Stadium, San Jose
This inter-conference MLS matchup sees the Earthquakes and Crew look to start their post-All-Star-Break well. The MLS is complicated in terms of games played and no one is truly level on games played, but San Jose currently sits one point behind the last playoff spot with the season reaching the final stretch.
