What 2 Watch – 8/1/17 – Audi Cup, Copa Sudamericana, Club Friendlies

11:45 a.m. – Audi Cup Semifinal – Atletico Madrid vs Napoli – Allianz Arena, Munich

Atleti and Napoli will talk part in the first semifinal of the 2017 Audi Cup on Tuesday. The competition is only available in the U.S. through fuboTV and Univision Deportes USA, but isn’t an awful option to watch during this rather slow football week.

12:30 p.m. – Club Friendly – Altona 93 vs West Ham United – Adolf-Jager-Kampfbahn Stadium, Bahrenfield

Have you heard of Altona 93? Nope? They’re in the German 5th Division. Let’s just agree you can see West Ham’s new signings ok?

1:30 p.m. – Club Friendly – Borussia Dortmund vs Atalanta – Cashpoint Arena, Altach

A much more “competitive” friendly sees Dortmund and Atalanta meet in Austria. Could be a decent friendly to pass the time.

2:30 p.m. – Audi Cup Semifinal – Bayern Munich vs Liverpool – Allianz Arena, Munich

Liverpool takes part in another preseason cup competition as they will have to beat Bayern at the Allianz Arena. The winner will face either Atleti or Napoli.

2:45 p.m. – Club Friendly – Burton Albion vs Leicester City – Pirelli Stadium, Burton-on-Trent

Your Premier League preseason scouting continues with Leicester taking on Championship side Burton Albion.

7:55 p.m. – 2017 MLS Homegrown Game – MLS Youth Stars vs Guadalajara U20 – Toyota Park, Bridgeview

MLS’ biggest youth talents will be on display against Chivas’ Under-20s as a warm-up for All-Star Week. While this one is available on fuboTV and Univision Deportes USA, it is also going to be broadcasted live on Facebook Live.

8:45 p.m. – Copa Sudamericana Round of 32 Second Leg – Atletico Tucuman (ARG) vs Oriente Petrolero (BOL) – Estadio Monumental Jose Fierro, Tucuman

An intriguing Round of 32 Second Leg sees the Argentinian side ahead 3-2 on aggregate. Fox Sports will be continuing their coverage of this competition.
